“The Festival of Holi”
Hi friends, while I am busy with my exams but even then I wrote a poem on the festival of Holi.
Now its your time to read.
When colours of life
from big water guns
splash and spread
make earth heaven,
Colour balloons in hands
and water in big drums
turns the weather
and brings rainy season,
Old fights and quarrels
are forgotten at this festival of holi
makes everyone’s heart pure
and brings the feeling holy.
About the Poem-
This poem is aimed at describing the whole environment during holi.

How boring it is! The exams will take about 1 month to end.
mine will be till 26 feb….

“Old fights and quarrels are forgotten” … It’s always interesting to see how events, celebrations, and experiences can make people put aside their differences and just have fun together.
I love this: “When colours of life from big water guns” … It makes me want to put food coloring in our squirt guns.
I love the thought of God painting the earth with water guns and rainbows. Beautiful descriptions.
